Q&E Services adopted a collaborative approach with Lancashire Damp Proofing Ltd to undertake Building Surveying Services at Tulketh Mill, Preston. The property has long-standing issues with Interstitial condensation throughout the property.
We mobilised a damp specialist to assist our surveyors to identify fungal & organic growth in isolated areas & provide remedial action to combat these issues. Our surveyors provided a detailed report of the building, picture evidence illustrating defects & annotated CAD drawings to correlated against our report.
