Q&E Services attended the site to undertake a survey to review the viability of the proposal to install an air-conditioning system within the building’s server room.
This consisted of identifying M&E services routes, analysis of building FRA report &inspection of fire compartment walls that will need to be fire stopped, locate electrical distribution board for power supplies & review location of where the condenser units will be installed.
The client was issued with As-fitted HVAC drawings & a correlating report document highlighting findings.
