Q&E Services conducted a meeting at the architectural practice to meet with the client & digest their scoping documents for the proposed refurb.

Q&E Services adopted a collaborative approach with Lancashire Damp Proofing Ltd to undertake Building Surveying Services at Tulketh Mill, Preston. The property has long-standing issues with Interstitial condensation throughout the property.

Q&E Services was engaged for Building Surveying Services at Concord Business Park, Manchester. We were appointed by the client to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment Survey of the building, reviewing the fire compartment walls & fire doors within the premises, inspecting services penetrations through the building fabric ensuring they have the correct passive fire protection installed & fire dampers where required.

Q&E Services was engaged to provide building surveying services at Miller & Carter, Liverpool. We undertook a detailed survey on the roof of the building with the assistance of a MEWP.
