Quantification & Estimating Services prides itself on embracing technological innovations & implementing these advancements into our daily practices. Drone technology has already begun changing the way the construction industry operates & we utilise this technology to assist our surveyors with building surveys, condition reports & site mapping. All our operators have completed the relevant training & Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) registrations & have access to a range of drones to meet our client’s requirements & provide high-definition imagery of the building & structure indicating defects.
We can carry out pre and post-work surveys to monitor the progression of a project & ensure the works being carried out to the relevant building regulations & required specifications. We undertake all aspects of M&E design from HVAC ventilation systems, lighting designs, boilers, chillers, and data systems to LV Switch rooms & mechanical plant rooms.
We work with independent specialist contractors to creatively apply scientific principles to our design services to focus on reducing carbon emissions & environmental impact, energy supply & use, and improving a building’s performance over its life cycle.
